RETURNS

  • Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Return requests outside this window will be ineligible.
  • You must incluide when contacting us for a return your order number and email used when the order was placed. On your order confirtmation email you will find the order number.
  • Returned items can be exchanged, limit to one (1) per order. 
  • Email us at sales@vysen.com to request your return. Vysen Eyewear products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, as well as with the original Vysen Eyewear box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
  • Vysen Eyewear will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
  • Send your return in its original shipping box. If this is unavailable, ensure the return box well-padded to prevent damage during transit. Please thoroughly seal your return with your order invoice.
  • If your return does not arrive within 30 days of the delivery date, the return will not be accepted and there will not be refund.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
  • Contact our Customer Service (+1-786-802-3197 toll free number) or via email (sales@vysen.com) to create a Return Label & Authorization for you.

Domestic Orders Within The USA

The returns within the USA are FREE.

International Orders

Customer is responsible for the cost of sending and returning the product back.

Refunds & Replacements

  • You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.
  • If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.
  • We only accept returns on items purchased from vysen.com. Items purchased from Authorized Vysen Eyewear retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
