Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 or €100.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your delivery location.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day once operations resume.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Some items have high sales volume. If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
By default, no signature is required. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
For added security, we offer a signature-required delivery option at checkout for an additional fee (U.S. orders only).
What if my package is marked as delivered but is missing?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?
All duties, taxes, and shipping fees for international orders are calculated and included at checkout. No additional payment will be required upon delivery. Customs delays or charges imposed by local authorities are outside of our control.
What are the estimated shipping times?
- U.S. orders: 3–4 business days
- International orders: 5–7 business days
Will my order arrive later during holidays or sales?
During high-volume periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, shipping carriers may experience delays that impact delivery times.
